Time Out Tai Chi is for everybody.  
Our face 2 face classes in the paddock will be available for the whole family.
Adults please register your interest and we will have a form for your children available on the day.

Register Interest

Simply click on the button add your details and you have made a start.

Follow the prompts and check for your welcome email. (it maybe in spam)
Place, Date and Time will be listed in our noticeboard

Your online practice course will be available after you have completed step 2.

Complete online health form

This can be found in your learning materials.

We want to make sure everyone has a safe & positive experience at our pop-up F2F class and using the online learning portal.

Once you have completed this Health Screening Questionnaire you will have access to the online Beginner's Experience & attend the F2F classes.

Turn up on the day!

Book your place using the instructions within learning portal's Community Notice Board.  Use our APP to connect.

Please wear cool comfortable clothing and footwear (or bring a mat to stand on) and REMEMBER your water bottle.

Committed to improving the health and wellness of all Australians through an integrated Tai-Chi approach, Leanne delivers comprehensive customised wellness programs that exercise both body and mind for individuals and organisations, through her wellness platform Balance Minder.  She is the author of the illustrated children's book "Welcoming Jing" through good posture & breathing.
