The word “jing” can be roughly translated to mean “serenity”. Welcoming Jing into your life is a positive experience for all.

Background:

The idea for the book, “Time Out Tai Chi – Welcoming Jing” came about when the author Leanne  started sharing Tai Chi with children by taking animal drawings and telling a story about them to help keep the youngsters engaged.  She collaborated with her daughter and Illustrator Bonnie to make this engaging book to help teachers and childcare workers share this wonderful introduction to Tai Chi.
