Course Summary

The course will give you the skills to develop a tailored program to accommodate the varying needs of your clients and students to give you the skills to implement an inclusive form of exercise into your service offerings.  Our Beginner's experience of Off your Feet (seated) Time Out Tai Chi is included in this Level 2 course.  Fitness Australia as approved this as a CECs course with 17 learning hours plus assessment & form practice

Committed to improving the health and wellness of all Australians through an integrated Tai-Chi approach, Leanne delivers comprehensive customised wellness programs that exercise both body and mind for individuals and organisations, through her wellness platform Balance Minder.  She is the author of the illustrated children's book "Welcoming Jing" through good posture & breathing.
